What It Is: A non-exclusive license, or a "lease," gives you the right to use the beat for your own projects. Other artists can also lease and use the same beat. Think of an exclusive license as buying a house. Once you buy it, it’s yours. The "For Sale" sign comes down, and nobody else can move in.

What It Is: When you buy the exclusive rights to a beat, it is sold only to you. I immediately remove it from my beat store, and it will never be sold to another artist again. You gain full ownership rights to use the beat as a core part of your new song.
